I am a Registered Nurse (RN/BSN) with nearly 10 years of experience in hospital and long‑term care settings, serving individuals with mental health needs, dementia, medical‑surgical conditions, and developmental delays. Caring for others is my calling, and I approach every resident with compassion, patience, and respect. I stay closely involved in each person’s care to ensure their unique needs are met. I lead a skilled team—including a house manager and two Registered Nurses—who share my commitment to providing personalized, high‑quality care in a safe and nurturing environment. My goal is to create a warm, welcoming home where residents feel secure, valued, and genuinely cared for while building meaningful relationships with them and their families.
